Krista Spicher coaches our ladies class. In the class she focusses on imparting the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu for women who are interested in training for a variety of reasons, and she creates an inclusive and positive space for women to drill and roll with each other. The class is in nogi attire for accessibility. It is fundamentals focussed, but all are very welcome to join!

She also coaches powerlifting next door and owns Next Level Performance and Wellness and brings her knowledge of both on the mats.
