Alexander Lahman

Alex is a Black Belt in Judo and is the head instructor of the Judo program at Triangle Jiu Jitsu. Alex is a seasoned competitor (come check out his trophies at the gym!) and has trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado.

Alex is also a Purple Belt in Jiu Jitsu!
